Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement OnLine) is a federated network that lets any company send and receive electronic documents (invoices, orders, catalogs) to any partner on the network through certified Access Points. It uses UBL 2.1 as its format. EDIconnect is a Peppol Access Point for Romania, connecting clients to the European network.
