1. Purpose of the site

The site is informational and commercial: it presents the platform modules, the retailers you can connect to via EDI, and lets you request a demo. It is not the operational EDIconnect platform; access to the platform is granted under a separate agreement.

2. Informational content and estimates

The savings calculator, indicative pricing and scenarios shown are estimates based on general market assumptions. They are not a binding offer. Final commercial terms are set through a personalised quote after a qualification call.

3. Intellectual property

The text, structure, graphics and the EDIconnect and Azuvio trademarks belong to the operator. Retailer names and logos, ERP system names and standard names belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, to indicate technical interoperability.

4. Relationship with retailers

Connection to a retailer is delivered through EDIconnect as an integration service provider. EDIconnect does not represent the retailers mentioned and does not provide direct access to their systems.

5. Use of forms

• Data you submit must be accurate and either yours or lawfully provided by you.
• Using the forms for automated messages, spam or unlawful content is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to block access in case of abusive use.

6. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or that the site is continuously available. We are not liable for business decisions taken solely on the basis of the site's informational content.

7. External links

The site may link to third-party websites, including retailers' official sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is resolved amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts in Romania.
