Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DCAventures SRL, the operator of the EDIconnect platform, collects and processes personal data through www.ediconnect.ro, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Who the data controller is
DCAventures SRL, a company registered in Romania, operates the EDIconnect platform (a module of the Azuvio ecosystem). For any request regarding personal data, write to hello [at] ediconnect.ro.
2. What data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily submit through the site's forms, plus minimal technical data needed for security and abuse prevention.

3. Legal basis for processing

- Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — for demo and quote requests.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for site security and preventing automated abuse.
4. How long we keep data
- Contact and demo requests: 24 months from the last interaction.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Calculator records: 12 months, in non-identifiable form.
- Email delivery logs: 12 months, for technical diagnostics.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is accessed only by the EDIconnect team and by the providers that support our operations: the cloud infrastructure provider hosting the database, the email hosting provider delivering notifications and, if you accepted analytics cookies, the web analytics provider.
6. International transfers
Data is stored on cloud infrastructure located in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You can exercise any of these rights by writing to hello [at] ediconnect.ro. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP).

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in a database with row-level access policies that block public reads. Administrative access is limited to staff who need it to handle requests.
